Leda Rewards Employees for Dedication and Service

Employees of casegoods manufacturer Leda Furniture were rewarded for years of service and dedication at the company’s recent Employee Appreciation and Bar-B-Que event. The annual event is held the Friday before Labour Day and employees are encouraged to invite their families to the event. “Employees are one of the main cornerstones in any company, another being customers, and while customers are always thanked and acknowledged, we can never neglect our team of Leda employees whose cumulative sole purpose is to ensure customer satisfaction, “ states company president Marco L. Confalone. This year a total of 6 employees received service awards: 2 received 5-year recognition awards, 1 employee received a 10-year recognition award and 1 employee received a 20-year recognition award. Two other employees received Attendance Awards for perfect attendance over the past 12 months. “Thank you for your dedication in repeatedly demonstrating commitment and loyalty.
