Once again, Capel, Incorporated has upped the ante in its ongoing effort to provide unparalleled service to its customer base. Several years ago, the company initiated its "Zip Ship" program, featuring two day shipping on a narrow range of its American-made braided product. As of Monday, December 5, orders for any in-stock rug, including a wide range of domestic and imported product, received by 3:00 p.m., will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day. The company has been testing its methods and initiating MIS support for the last three weeks. "Capel understands both the value of money and exemplary service and will continually strive to set new standards," said Eric H. Birnbach, company President and CEO.
