More Space Place® Franchise Relocates National Home Office And Manufacturing Facility.

More Space Place® franchise, the Nation’s largest wall bed retailer with 35 Operating Galleries and six more to be opened before summer, has recently more than doubled the size of it’s corporate office and manufacturing facility. The new location at 5040 140th Avenue North, Clearwater FL, increased their facility from 26,000 sq. ft. in Largo to over 57,000 sq. ft. in Clearwater. “The expanded office space has already allowed us to bring all our staff under one roof and easily doubled the amount of space we have for product research, manufacturing, and training” says Clark Williams, President of More Space Place, Inc. “We have increased the size of our franchise and support staff by forty percent over the past two years – to care for our growing number of stores. It looks like we are going to be adding more personnel and another 20,000 sq. ft. this next year.” The Company VP of Franchising, Marty Juarez, stated that, “The question is no longer ‘if’ we are going to be a National Franchise. With most of the company’s growth occurring outside of Florida, the franchise is already working on strategies and partnerships from coast to coast.”
