Prior to joining RHR, Dr. Wade was an independent consultant to the home furnishings industry, advising retailers how to design customer experiences aligned with the needs and expectations of contemporary women consumers. She also served as Regional Vice President/Southern California for WithIt (Women in the Home Industries Today), receiving its Ambassador Award for launching that organizationís membership initiative in the Western states at the inaugural Las Vegas MarketSM in July 2005. Dr. Wade has 20 years of experience improving organizational performance through the design, implementation and evaluation of innovative programs and services in organizations ranging from private health care systems and not-for profit human services institutions, to publicly funded agencies. A specialist in working across cultures and in process facilitation, she consulted to The United States Agency for International Development bringing her expertise to numerous international assignments. Dr. Wade earned her doctorate in Psychology/Organizational Behavior from Claremont Graduate University in Southern California. In her new role at RHR International Dr. Wade brings her deep understanding of people and organizations to the development of senior executive talent.
