Goore’s for Babies to Teens Inc. celebrated the grand opening of its Young America® Signature Shop Friday, February 17, as part of its annual Presidents’ Weekend Trunk Show event. “This was a baby and kids extravaganza. If you wanted to learn all about children’s furnishings, accessories and products, this was the place to be,” said Ken Goore, president of Goore’s, the largest independent baby and children’s specialty store on the West Coast. “We are all about helping consumers make informed decisions for every purchase.” Owners Ken, April and Richard Goore were joined by Glenn Prillaman, Young America® senior vice president of marketing and sales, for the official grand opening. The celebration included a ribbon cutting and cocktail reception for customers, associates and guests.
