We all envy those fabulously decorated homes of celebrities, whose sophisticated and cutting-edge styles influence interior design trends worldwide. Have you ever thumbed through home decorating magazines filled with photos of glamorously dressed star mansions, and dreamt of re-creating one of these spaces in your own home? Well now, Style Network will show you how to replicate lavish rooms from these beautiful homes, but for thousands not millions! "My Celebrity Home" premieres Wednesday, April 26 at 9:00PM ET/PT on Style Network. In each one-hour episode, Style visits different U.S. cities to recreate celebrity look-alike rooms on a non-look-alike budget. Viewers are first invited into the home of a Hollywood star or an exclusive getaway favored by Hollywood's elite, and are given a rare, private tour showcasing the chic décor that money can buy. Then, a lucky homeowner will examine each stylized room on video tape and choose which one they want to recreate in their own home. It's then up to host Peter Marr, one designer and one shopper to mirror the interior design elements from the celebrities home with a budget of only $3000. In one day, the team and the homeowners scour furniture boutiques, hardware stores, flea markets, even the Salvation Army, to haggle for the right price and find the best deals for items that fit the look. And to top it all off, each homeowner will get a surprise gift from whomever is featured on the show to finish their new room. Taking bargain shopping to a whole new level, we discover how to find beautiful furniture and learn trendy design tips that match the modest budget for a "real person." Host of the series, Peter Marr, uses his energy and humor to keep the decorators organized, laughing and on a budget, through each room makeover. A gifted actor and comedian, Marr has a recurring role on CBS' "The Bold and the Beautiful," performs regularly at The Comedy Store and recently completed filming lead roles in three independent features, including "In the Lack of Luxury," "Proverbial Justice," and "Letters to Lauren." In the first episode, Style Network visits the New York City home of Paige Davis ("Trading Spaces") who gives viewers an exclusive tour. "My Celebrity Home" then recreates the look of one room originally created for Paige by interior designer and "Oprah" regular Nate Berkus for a lucky couple in Savannah, Georgia. The couple also receives a very special present for their home from Paige. Celebrities featured in later episodes at press times include Hilary Duff, Cameron Mathison ("All My Children"), Kathy Griffin ("My Life on the D-List"), Constance Zimmer ("Entourage", "Joan of Arcadia"), Debbie Matenopoulos ("The View" and "The Daily 10") and Kimora Lee Simmons ("Life & Style"). The series also recreates a look from the set of "Desperate Housewives" (Bree Van De Kamp's stylish living room) as well as the Parlor Suite from the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel - a favorite of Hollywood's A-list.
