Hall Named President and CEO of GMAC Commercial Finance

GMAC Commercial Finance announced that William (Bill) Hall has been named as the Company's president and chief executive officer. Hall joined GMAC CF in 1999 and co-founded its Structured Finance Division (SFD) the same year. In March 2001, he was named its chief operating officer and its president in October 2001. In July 2005, he also was named president of GMAC CF's European Operations. Prior to joining GMAC, Hall spent three years at Heller Financial where he originated and underwrote leveraged loans as a senior vice president. Prior to Heller, Hall spent fifteen years at National Westminster Bank. He has spent virtually his entire career in the leveraged finance arena. Hall holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Bucknell University.
