Oriental Accent, Inc. will introduce its new licensee, Mark Abrams for Oriental Accent at the 2006 October International Home Furnishings Market in High Point. According to Oriental Accent Vice President, Michael Yip, “With diverse work experience to draw from, Mark Abrams brings rich design talent to his partnership with Oriental Accent, Inc. A mixed bag of materials and finishes will adorn unique shapes and functional pieces, ranging from classic styles to the exotic. The color palettes are comfortably earthy, yet bold. On many levels, the 85-piece collection is sure to please.” Mark Abrams has been in design and merchandising for 20 years. He began his career in New York, working in design and styling. Mark’s career path includes working with major retailers, visuals and buying. His work also includes product development and visuals for several manufacturers and designer showrooms. Mark’s styling and design work has been published in Better Homes and Gardens, Home, Country Living, and House Beautiful. Oriental Accent, Inc. will debut Mark Abrams for Oriental Accent with more than 85 SKUs to retail dealers at the October 16-22, 2006 International Home Furnishings Market in their High Point Showroom located in Market Square – G- 81.
