World Market Center officials announced an expanded lineup of hotel partners for the January 2007 Las Vegas Market as part of an effort to provide more hotel choices at a variety of rates. The additional hotel offerings includes eight properties new to the list; Excalibur, Harrah’s, Luxor, Mirage Resort, Monte Carlo, New York New York, Palms Casino Resort, and Treasure Island. Complimentary shuttle service will be offered from all 25 host hotels to World Market Center’s campus and the temporary show taking place at Cashman Center. Special rates are available online through Las Vegas Market’s host hotel program, allowing attendees the option to choose from 25 properties—everything from affordable lodging to luxurious resort accommodations—all available to Market participants at significant savings. January has proven to be one of the busiest months in Las Vegas in terms of visitors to the city. With a number of big events overlapping the January Las Vegas Market, including several large conventions and the Super Bowl, hotel rooms are in very high demand. Attendees are strongly encouraged to book their hotel rooms now in order to ensure availability and the best selection. Exhibitors and attendees can go online now to book hotel rooms at discounted rates from as low as $60 using the real-time reservation system at www.lasvegasmarket.com. Dana Pretner, Director of Marketing and Public Relations at World Market Center, said increasing the number of hotel choices means additional cost savings and added convenience for Market participants. “We wanted to continue to make their Market experience as cost effective and convenient as possible. Where else but Las Vegas can you offer Market attendees the opportunity to stay at 25 world-class hotels that are less than 10 miles from the show?” Guests staying at any of the host hotels can also take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service program. “As we increase the number of hotel choices for our attendees, it’s important to emphasize the fact that we will also be increasing our shuttle program so that guests know that no matter which host hotel they stay at, they will have convenient and complimentary transportation to and from Market each day,” added Pretner.
