Feinblum Real Estate, Inc. announced that it has been retained as consultant by Kimco Real Estate Trust (listed on the NYSE), REIT the largest owner of retail centers in the U.S. and Canada and Derito Partners, one of Arizona’s largest developers to market and negotiate all home furnishings retail and factory programs for the new 800,000 square foot Gilbert Esplanade Home Furnishings Center in Gilbert, Arizona. The new Gilbert Esplanade Home Furnishings Center is located in the fastest growing residential, commercial and retail area in Phoenix. “The outstanding reputations of the firms involved and the superb layout and location of this project make it the most exciting venture ever for the home furnishings industry,” said president, Julius Feinblum.
