Brin Perryman Joins World Market Center as Leasing Manager

Brin Perryman joined World Market Center June 4 as a leasing manager. A well-respected executive in the home furnishings industry, most recently, Perryman served as western regional sales manager for Furniture Today magazine. Perryman has been familiar with World Market Center since the inception of the home furnishings campus several years ago, having worked with their executive team over the years on a number of advertising projects for the publication “I have seen World Market Center grow from a mere idea,” recalls Perryman, who has worked closely with World Market Center executives over the years. “I knew it would become something very big and successful.” Perryman is a native of High Point, N.C. and currently resides in Clemmons, N.C. He added, “I am personally familiar with a large percentage of the tenants and I feel my background will be an asset in my new position leasing space as World Market Center grows and diversifies.” Babs Blair, director of leasing for World Market Center, said Perryman has spent more than a decade in the furniture industry. “He is very familiar with the needs of manufacturers and the important role Las Vegas Market plays for them. He has built solid relationships with industry leaders and we look forward to him bringing this expertise to World Market Center.” The Summer Las Vegas Market will take place July 30-August 3, 2007 at World Market Center’s Buildings A and B, the Pavilions; the temporaries will be featured at Sands Expo & Convention Center opening on Tuesday, July 31.
