The new products expand Foamex’s growing DriFastTM offering, which is manufactured for the outdoor furniture and marine cushioning markets. Foamex introduced the new products at the International Casual Furniture & Accessories Market in Chicago, IL, the largest wholesale market dedicated to Casual Furniture & Outdoor Seating in the world, which opened September 17, 2007. Additionally, the new product line will be on exhibit at the International Boatbuilders’ Exhibition & Conference in Miami Beach, FL, which opens October 10, 2007. DriFastTM is technologically advanced, highly durable, mildew resistant flexible polyurethane foam, made using a proprietary process that provides both ultimate drainability as well as durability. The new DriFastTM products are manufactured using Foamex’s patented Variable Pressure Foaming (VPF) technology, a virtually emission-free manufacturing process that creates significantly higher quality cushioning material in a wide variety of density and firmness, resulting in a product that provides consistent comfort.
