Shermag Quarterly Loss Deepens

Globeinvestor.com reported that "Furniture maker Shermag Inc. reported its second quarter loss more than tripled and said the company is reviewing all operations for potential further cuts to improve its financial health. "Shermag said late Monday it lost $3.7-million, or 28 cents a share, for the three months ended Sept. 30. That compared with a loss of $1.1-million, or 9 cents a year ago."
