MOTIF Modern Living has been nominated for an ARTS Award as a Rising Star Retailer by the national merchandising organization, Accessories Resource Team (ART). The ARTS Awards, presented each January during the Dallas International Gift and Home Accessories Market, is the premier awards program for the decorative accessories industry and recognizes excellence from retailers, manufacturers, sales representatives and designers in every region of the United States. MOTIF Modern Living opened in December 2005. MOTIF offers a unique style of “organic contemporary” home furnishings, combining the clean lines of modern furniture with natural elements such as river rocks, grasses and flowing water. The store leverages a highly visible location on I-35 between Austin and San Antonio and near the factory outlets in San Marcos, one of Texas’ top tourist attractions.
