High Point's IHFC building announced that more than 75 new exhibitors and significant showroom changes will be evident at IHFC during the Spring High Point Market on April 7. The combination of new exhibitors within InterHall, debut of Pavilions On 3 (Main), plus expansions and relocation throughout IHFC constitute a thoroughly integrated and solid merchandise presence going into next month’s Market. Highlighting the changes are Jaclyn Smith Home (H304), a new exhibitor, plus major relocation-expansion of AspenHome next to the elevator lobby of Commerce 12 (C1258); Coe Limited units, Amelia Home, Urban Classics expanding to all of Main 7; and Standard Furniture moves next to the elevator lobby of Commerce 7 (C700). Many new exhibitors have relocated from showrooms elsewhere in High Point, in addition to newcomers to the Market itself, and into the first, largest and busiest showroom complex of 3.5-million-square-feet. Pavilions On 3 is home to 36 new showcases in an open air, bohemian street scene. It is part of IHFC’s commitment to decorative accessories and home accents on floors 2, 3 and 4, totaling more than one-half million square feet. The entire third floor of Wrenn-Green wings has been completely renovated and converted into 40,000 square feet of permanent showrooms of decorative accessories and home accents. Previously, furniture showrooms occupied the space. Most of those exhibitors relocated elsewhere within IHFC.
