During the 2007 fall High Point Market, the company launched “Sudden Service-Vietnam”. Sudden Service-Vietnam, a bedroom and dining program, offers dealers the opportunity to reduce inventory associated costs while increasing profitability, by receiving best selling groups quickly, through direct mixed containers. According to company officials, Sudden Service-Vietnam’s success, called for the launch of a similar program in its upholstery segment. “More than ever, retailers are looking for ways of cutting costs, and being profitable,” says J.B.
