Broyhill Furniture Expands Honors Program For Sales Force

Broyhill Home Furnishings annouced that it has expanededits heritage of recognizing the accomplishments of its sales force with three additional awards – Outstanding Achievement, Horizon and Above & Beyond – which were presented at a ceremony at the High Point Market, along with Sales Representative of the Year 2007 and Service Anniversary Recognition 2007. “It’s a privilege for us to honor our sales representatives for the work they do," says Jeff Cook, president of Broyhill president. “They are the linchpin in building genuine customer loyalty, which is at the heart of our business.” Scott Teitelbaum and Daniel Reeser are the first winners of the new Outstanding Achievement Award 2007, which honors sales representatives who have excelled in all aspects of their job function, including servicing existing accounts, sales performance and prospecting new accounts. Samantha Moore is the first winner of the reinstated Horizon Award 2007, which honors top new sales representatives, and Jim and Susan Moore were honored with the new Above & Beyond Award. Seven individuals were named Sales Representative of the Year 2007 at the ceremony and received the traditionally awarded blue blazers with the gold Broyhill pinwheel crest, which they, and all previous winners, will wear on opening day of Market. Sales Representative of the Year 2007 winners are: • Dave Davis • Bill Davis • Pam Gonzalez • Bart Goley • David Epperson • Kelly Lawhon • Bill Speer All the 2007 sales award honorees received an inscribed glass art award etched with the Broyhill pinwheel and the recipient’s name balanced on an ebony base. Another ongoing tradition is the recognition of domestic sales representatives at five-year milestones in their service. Honorees for 2007, and their length of service, are: • David Jetton – 35 years • Ray Simonetti – 35 years • William F. Cook – 30 years • Donald Link – 25 years • Richard Krauel – 20 years • Carol Becker Michel – 15 years • James Snooks – 10 years • John P.
