Brick Group's Exec. VP and CFO To Step Down

The Brick Group announced that Mike Borys will continue with his role at The Brick Group as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until June 30, 2008. Mr. Borys announced his resignation from The Brick Group on January 14, 2008 to pursue other opportunities. "We are pleased that Mike will continue in his role with The Brick Group in this transition period, as we continue to work with Spencer Stuart to identify and select a new Chief Financial Officer", said Kim Yost, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Brick Group. The Board of Trustees will be making additional announcements regarding a new Chief Financial Officer in due course.
