Charles Roy President & Founder of Villageois Inc., announced the acquisition of Valco Furniture Bedroom Collections. Valco is a manufacturer of solid wood Maple and Pine bedroom furniture 100% made in Canada, in the medium to medium high quality/price range. Mr. Roy said that, "This was a natural growing process for Villageois Inc. that has been in the quality manufacturing business of solid wood products for the last 40 Years. This latest acquisition will create a 4th division in our Company, Les Meubles Valco Inc." The three other divisions are: Le Meubles Villageois Inc., a producer of high end dining, occasional and master bedroom furniture; Victorama a mid priced upholstery division; and Mobico, a promotional, to midpriced upholstery division.
