Christine Evans to Return as Executive Director of the American Society of Furniture Designers (ASFD)

The American Society of Furniture Designers (ASFD) announced today that Christine Evans is returning as Executive Director of ASFD following the resignation of Jane Matteson several weeks ago to pursue other industry opportunities. Evans will resume her duties immediately. Current ASFD President Jack Lewis and incoming President Steve Hodges said, “we are very grateful to Jane for the hard work and vision she brought to our organization and wish her the best in her industry endeavors. We are very fortunate that Christine was in a position to step in at this critical time for ASFD.
