Diane Caldwell Joins IHFC Leasing Team

IHFC has announced the expansion of its leasing team with the arrival of Diane Caldwell, who is now in charge of Pavilions on Main 3 leasing. Diane brings a sharp perspective of the industry, returning to High Point after working the last three years in leasing for the World Market Center in Las Vegas. “I'm very happy to be back in High Point and to join the IHFC,” she says, “I look forward to being a part of a team that continues to maintain the strength and diversity of the exhibitor base for High Point’s oldest and largest home furnishings exhibition complex.” Diane will report to Tom Loney, executive vice president of leasing. “Diane will bring a thorough understanding of our industry and the unique challenges we face right now. She has already hit the ground running and we couldn’t be more proud to have her on our team,” Loney said. Prior to Las Vegas, Diane spent 28 years in leasing, real estate and marketing in the High Point area and has worked for Showplace and Market Square. Opening in 1921, IHFC was the original showroom building in High Point and after 85 years of expansion remains the centerpiece of the world’s largest home-furnishings trade show that attracts more than 90,000 participants twice a year to 2,600 showrooms covering 11.5 million square feet. IHFC alone is home to 650 of the leading home-furnishings manufacturers, including 13 of the top 20 companies, and covers 3.5 million square feet.
