Former HFN Editor Joins Steinreich Communications As Content Manager

Steinreich Communications Group, Inc., an international public relations firm, announced that it has appointed David Gill, former senior editor at HFN, a home furnishings trade publication, as content manager.

In his new role, Gill will serve as a content manager in charge of creating and drafting press releases for various home furnishings clients. He will also provide mentorship to junior staff on writing and strategic trade media placement.   

Prior to joining Steinreich Communications, Gill served for a decade as senior editor of HFN, most notably in its sleep products, housewares and textiles sections. In this role, he also covered news in the furniture and textile industries, pinpointing trends in home-goods retailing. He previously served in other editorial positions at The Media Center and Positive Publications, among others.

“David is a seasoned journalist with a thorough understanding of the issues and trends in the home furnishings business that will be a tremendous asset to our clients and our staff,” said Steinreich Communications Group President and CEO Stan Steinreich.

Gill received his master’s degree in English and communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his bachelor’s degree in political science from Drew University.
Gill resides in Springfield, NJ.
