Reverie Moves into New Showroom Space in World Market Center, B-949

Furniture World News Desk on 7/21/2021

As Las Vegas World Market launches its summer 2021 furniture market, Reverie will be opening its doors in a brand new showroom - B-949.

“We’ve been attending Vegas Market for over 15 years now using the same space, and we felt 2021 was the perfect time to upgrade our showroom space,” said Reverie CEO and co-founder Martin Rawls-Meehan. “That previous space suited our needs five to ten years ago, but we’ve simply outgrown it. For the past few years now, we’ve been seeking a new location that better fits our needs. We’ve been looking for a space in a better location, with more glass frontage and more room in which to showcase our innovative adjustable bases - B-949 fits all of those needs.”

Reverie had planned to transition into B-949 in 2020, occupying its old space and the improved B-949 during the buildout of the new space. COVID-19 shutdowns delayed the move. August will be the team’s first time settling into B-949’s extended window front, upgraded conference space and merchandising-friendly wall space.

“The new layout allows us to showcase our power bases to retail partners in a way that really helps them visualize what they would look like in a store environment. Our old space really didn’t allow for that,” said John Wanat, Reverie VP of Sales.

In addition to its new space at the Las Vegas World Market Center, this year Reverie also cut the ribbon on a new showroom and Innovation HQ buildout in a newly-purchased building adjacent to its Bloomfield Hills, MI, headquarters. This space is designed to support the company’s Innovation Summits, partner visits and local foot traffic for consumers interested in experiencing Reverie technology.

“Before Covid, our Innovation Summits were a must-attend event for many top retailers around the country. We want to get back to hosting these amazing summits, located in Detroit, that really focus on driving innovation in our category. Our investment in our Michigan Innovation HQ does just that,” said Rawls-Meehan.
