Corsicana Appoints Mattress Industry Veteran as Senior Product Manager

Bedding producer Corsicana Mattress is taking steps to bolster its product development team by appointing 23-year industry veteran, Geri Frank, to the position of senior product manager.

In her new role, Frank will be responsible for developing customer-specific products, new product lines as well as oversee a large portion of Corsicana’s existing product portfolio. She will report to Mike Loomis, vice president of product development and innovation at Corsicana.

“Geri is a great addition to our team. She is a diversified leader with extensive industry experience and a strong product development background which will help us build our team as we focus on driving continuous growth,” said Loomis. “We have many exciting new innovative products on the horizon and Geri is the perfect candidate to lead us as we continue with our aggressive growth trajectory.”

Before joining Corsicana, Frank worked as sales manager at mattress textile manufacturer, Bekaert Deslee. Prior to that, she spent most of her career at bedding manufacturer King Koil where she held positions such as national accounts sales administrator, sales and marketing coordinator, and product development director. In these roles, Frank served as liaison between the company’s suppliers and licensees.

Frank, a Chicago native, also held positions at Englander Mattress Company and the former Spring Air Chicago facility.
