Heritage Home Group Officially Names Location Of New Corporate Headquarters

Heritage Home Group announced that it will officially move its new corporate headquarters to 1925 Eastchester Drive in High Point. Having relocated the company’s headquarters from St Louis, MO, the company is planning to add an estimated 300 jobs to the local economy.

In a unanimous decision, the High Point City Council last night approved the re-zoning request submitted by Heritage Home Group to re-zone their property located at 1925 Eastchester Drive to be general office space. This re-zoning and subsequent approved buffer reduction enables the company to add needed parking spaces to the property so that it is able to support a corporate headquarters of roughly 300 people. The decision by City Council follows the unanimous recommendation of the Planning and Zoning committee, provided in late June.

The building located at this address was previously used as trade showroom space for many of Heritage Home Group’s brands. As a result of this building being transformed to a corporate headquarters, the company has also secured an additional 120,000 square feet of showroom space at Market Square to serve as the new home for all of their designer brands 7 distinct showrooms. The company will also maintain a sizeable footprint in the IHFC building for the Thomasville®, Broyhill®, and Lane® brands.
