Eclipse and Eastman House Get New Licensee

Bedding Industries of America (BIA) and its Eclipse International and Eastman House Sleep brands reported that  Illinois Sleep Products of Chicago (ISP) is their newest license. ISP will service the mid west including Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota.

"Ed Ciolkocz, the owner of ISP, is a great operator and a perfect fit for our brands as we proceed to blanket the USA," says Stuart Carlitz, Owner and CEO of Bedding Industries of America. "Ed and I worked together in the 1980's and we have always maintained a great relationship. ISP has a 160,000 square foot, state- of-the-art factory that currently produces the Englander mattress brand. His facility is perfectly located to service key customers."

Ed Ciolkocz adds, "We already have commitments from several new dealers for Eastman House and Eclipse. We see this as an opportunity to increase our distribution while still offering exclusivity to our key accounts. Eastman House has a great reputation in the mid west and the Eclipse Chiropractic story is compelling. We definitely like the direction we see Stuart Carlitz taking the brands."
