Jaipur Wins in “Green Manufacturer” Category at 27th Annual ARTS Award

Jaipur recenty announced that it was honored at the 27th Annual ARTS Awards, winning in the category of “Green Manufacturer” at the black-tie gala event held in Dallas on Friday, Jan. 22. The recognition celebrates Jaipur’s commitment to fostering socio-economic interventions that have improved living situations for artisan communities globally. The ARTS Awards is the premier international program dedicated to the home industry, with awards given across categories including manufacturing, retail and specialty.

What started with two looms in a rural village in India has become a platform for more than 40,000 artisans to raise their standard of living through better income, access to healthcare and education.

The ARTS Awards is held each January during the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, and honors the industry’s top manufacturers, retailers, sales representatives, designers, suppliers, consultants and officials.
