Elements International Is Aaron’s Furniture & Accessories Partner Of The Year

Aaron's, Inc. recently announced that they have named Elements International as its Aaron’s 2015 Furniture and Accessories Partner of the Year award at the Aaron’s annual partners meeting this January. The award was recently commemorated during Aaron’s annual National Managers Meeting, this March in Washington D.C.

In receiving this award, Elements was commended for supplying two out of the top three bedroom groups leased by Aaron’s in 2015 as well as having the number one selling bedroom group every year since 2010. Elements also proudly supplied Aaron’s number one Core Plus bedroom group for 2015.

Another achievement recognized was Elements’ development of a new supply chain strategy that increased accuracy and timeliness of furniture deliveries to all 17 of Aaron’s Fulfillment Centers. This new approach combined with their knowledgeable Customer Service team made quickly resolving company and store issues possible.

Elements also implemented a new Safety Stock program that inventories Aaron’s bedrooms domestically in Rockwall, TX just outside of Dallas. This ensures Aaron’s continued sales should their Fulfillment Centers run out of stock.

Vice President of Sales, Charlie Morgan states, “Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for our valued partners to sell our product. Working with Aaron’s to come up with a more effective strategy to better flow product and to maintain sufficient back-up stock in our own distribution center helped to eliminate missed sales and rentals, which is something we’re really proud of.”

Lastly, Elements was acknowledged for effectively anticipating the delays from the west coast port strikes in early 2015. Being CTPAT (Customs and Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) certified helped prevent further delays with Customs while effective planning and inventory back-up helped the partnership remain on track, “never missing a beat” said Kirby Salgado, Aaron’s Vice President of Merchandising.
