Hancock & Moore Unveils New Collection Of Chairs And Sofas

Leather furniture manufacturer Hancock & Moore recently announced a new collection of chairs and sofas in midcentury styling and lighter wood finishes. Luscious leathers in ivory and beige complement the lighter wood finishes to lend a softer touch to the angular silhouettes.
Highlights from the new collection include the Aldrich Wing Chair, whose Driftwood wood finish ‘slices’ through the upholstery to create a sharp line, and the Odin Sofa in a monochromatic palette of cream leather and new Cloud wood finish. Each piece is handcrafted in Hickory, North Carolina by local artisans who dedicate over 40 hours each week to produce one piece of furniture from start to finish.
- Aldrich Wing Chair
Dressed in Angelo Oyster leather interior and faux croc-embossed Gator Oyster leather exterior, the Aldrich Wing Chair features exposed wood back legs in new Driftwood finish that slices through the leather for a continuous line from the armrest to the floor. 30” W x 36” D x 49” H
- Lucas Chair
The exposed wood frame in Putty finish on the Lucas Chair ‘hugs’ the seat with its construction. The bottom stretcher supports the base, which is upholstered in Piazza Dove leather. 31” W x 36” D x 34” H
- Remy Chair
The Remy Chair’s Lizard Crème leather shows a subtle metallic sheen that contrasts against the slightly distressed Viceroy wood finish. An ultra-down seat cushion offers maximum comfort while shallow button tufts on the seat back add visual interest. 29”W x 36” D x 39” H
- Peron Bench
Standing atop a plinth base in Putty wood finish, the Peron Bench also features Hutton Birch leather with a button tufted seat and double row nail heads trailing up to the arm caps. 68” W x 25” D x 24” H
- Odin Sofa
Simple and refined, the Odin Sofa’s monochromatic palette of Cloud wood finish, Angelo Birch leather exterior, and Cammi Linen leather interior creates a soothing vibe. Slim arms maximize seating space. 84” W x 40” D x 37” H
