Thomasville recently announced the launches of two distinctive home collections in collaboration with ED Ellen DeGeneres this month. The ED Ellen DeGeneres Crafted By Thomasville furniture collection has been thoughtfully designed to resonate with consumers who yearn for fresh designs that will allow their sense of style and individuality to prevail. Thomasville is a proven brand that generations of consumers have trusted to furnish their homes.

With over 100 pieces, the ED Ellen DeGeneres home collection by Thomasville offers designs in two distinctive styles and is driven by both the unique items curated to furnish Ellen’s personal homes and her true love of furniture design. These distinctive collections are being launched this weekend as retailers across the country focus upon the important President’s Day sale event.

The first collection, Relaxed Mid Century, features a blend of Danish and Italian inspired wood product that feature hand skived walnut veneers in a warm, dry finish fitted with brass hardware. Cane, bronzed glass and rich leathers are accentuate the new collection. The second collection, Rustic Modern, was inspired by Ellen’s love of original Scandinavian rustic antiques. This collection features knotty white oak finishes in a soft farmhouse finish with antiqued hardware and has been accentuated with stone and metal accents. The collection is enhanced by several items featuring live edge details, fumed maple and dark oak veneers and tribal inspired carvings.

The upholstery silhouettes have been built around a newly designed seat cushion featuring a spring unit surrounded with high resiliency foam and crowned in a luxurious blend of Trillium®, down and small duck feathers. Trillium is an advanced material allowing for the malleable feel and weight of feather blends while still providing the loft and resiliency of traditional fiber fill. This new core is simply and aptly named the “ED cushion.”

Thomasville’s Relaxed Mid Century upholstery features sofas ranging from curvaceous, flowing forms to angular, tufted, tight seat designs. Walnut finishes dress the accent chairs that feature hand shaped frames with inspiring movement. Our Rustic Modern upholstery is comprised of frames with deep, inviting profiles, trim, relaxed skirted designs and modern chesterfield designs. The accent seating combines materials such as cane and wood with design elements including flange seams, saddlebag arms and slipper profiles.

Some of Ellen’s favorite pieces from the collection include the 85891-130 Canyon Live Edge Cocktail Table. This live edge cocktail table brings to mind the serenity, earthiness and natural vibe of rugged terrain. The live edge top treatment brings the great outdoors inside. Wood is dark, fumed oak with antique brass finish metal base.

The 2650 Ladera Sectional series is a casually modern silhouette with a clean recessed arm and curved welt detail. Fall in love with the loose down-blend seat back, the relaxed border-edge pillow, and the sofa’s generous dimensions. The new ED Ellen DeGeneres seat cushion -- a spring unit surrounded with high resiliency foam and crowned in a luxurious blend of feather/down/Tillium®, and advanced material providing the loft and resiliency of fiber fill with the fell of feathers allows you to sink in and get cozy. A companion sofa, chair and ottoman are also available.

The ED Ellen DeGeneres 85831-461 Carlera 3 Tier Table proves that good things come in three's. The three-tier trifecta wows - each tier with a cane insert that overlays walnut. Angled walnut legs strike a pose on the one-of-a-kind table. Finish is in mid-century walnut.


One of Ellen’s favorite pieces, the 85821-871 Sena Upholstered Dining Chair proves less is more. The beauty of the Sena is in its simplicity and clean lines. The outback features beautiful figured walnut veneers. The mid-century walnut finish is classic and beautiful.

The 2660 Whitecliff Chesterfield Sofa from the ED Ellen DeGeneres Crafted by Thomasville collection is at home in a cozy den or a light, bright sunroom. Its beautifully hand-Crafted tufting displays classic refinement while the new ED Ellen DeGeneres Cushion Core offers soft and supportive seating. Shelter arms and down blend pillows round out this charming statement piece. The Whitecliff is available in both fabric and leather.



The ED Ellen DeGeneres Crafted by Thomasville 85829-455 Grove Display Console is more like art than science. Beautiful in its simplicity and exuding quiet elegance, the console is also functional. The 85832-904 Autry Schoolhouse Chair will allow you reminisce about the school desk you sat in as a child. Functional, but not pretty. Now you can have function and fashion with the ED Ellen DeGeneres Autry Schoolhouse Stool. The Autry is an adaptation of an antique schoolhouse chair that was a gift from Portia de Rossi. The Autry is in its own class with its small, stylish plank back and four shapely legs. The put up stool features floating metal splat detail. Finish is rustic modern oak.

The ED Ellen DeGeneres 85832-512 Weslin Chairside Game Table leads two exciting lives. Two flip tops reveals a two-sided game board for checker or chess. Standard with chess and checker pieces. Close it back and you have a rustic modern oak table for any use. A flat liner pad is in the storage area. Added bonus - the table comes with both wooden checker and chess pieces. In white oak finish.
