Hickory Chair is introducing a broad range of new designs and materials at this spring’s High Point Market,
including additions to its existing collections and the launch of the new Tectonic Collection by Ray Booth.
The company’s expanded offerings feature a mix of upholstery, case goods, and curated global pieces, alongside
a selection of newly developed textiles and leathers.
Building on the original Ray Booth® collection launched in 2019, the Tectonic Collection introduces a
lighter, more relaxed aesthetic while maintaining the architecturally refined character of Booth’s previous
work. “We have truly infused comfort into every piece—it is expressed purely within the designs,”
said Booth. The collection explores the intersection of construction, material, and comfort.
The company is also expanding its Hartwood and Trouvé collections. Hartwood, developed by
Hickory Chair’s in-house team, draws inspiration from Southern European influences with designs that reflect
Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian styles. Customization options include alternate finishes, base treatments, and
hardware.
The Trouvé Collection—named after the French word for “found”—continues to
feature handcrafted, artisan-made furniture using materials such as exotic stone, fine woods, hand-finished metals,
and forged hardware. Each piece is designed to highlight craftsmanship and global sourcing.
Hickory Chair’s upholstery offerings have also grown, with new pieces for living and dining spaces. Highlights
include:
- The Queen Dorothy Lounge Chair, featuring a scalloped skirt
- A new M2M Divan in the Kent series
- The Spindle Lounge Chair and Kyoto Bench, both with exposed wood details
- The Luna M2M Skirted Banquette Series
- The Violin Dining Chair and Belle Counter and Bar Stool Series
Textile introductions for Spring Market include new leathers in caramel and green tones, and fabrics in a palette of
maize, soft blues, greens, blush, coral, and pinks balanced with neutrals. The lineup includes performance fabrics
and velvets, including a floral print with animal motifs, alongside prints, embroideries, geometrics, and damasks.
“Hickory Chair is undoubtedly one of the leading design brands in the industry,” said Federico
Contigiani, president. “Our company has long been recognized for its exceptional quality and impeccable
designs. Over the past year and a half since joining Hickory Chair, it has been incredibly rewarding to collaborate
with our talented team each season to invigorate the product line confidently with an exciting and diverse range of

also maintaining a curated selection of iconic, statement-making pieces available for immediate shipment. For 114

He added, “A key part of this vision was to create an inspiring destination for the design trade at High Point
Market—one that offers exceptional hospitality, a pleasant work space where one can recharge and be productive
while sparking creativity. Our new High Point showroom at 200 N. Hamilton has become just that. I am confident that
