Spectra Home Updates Popular Upholstery with New Fabrics and Configurations

Furniture World News Desk on 4/22/2025

Spectra Home is unveiling updated versions of its best-selling upholstery collections at the Spring 2025 High Point Market, with refreshed fabric options, expanded configurations, and new accent chairs on display in Showroom 213 at 200 N. Hamilton.

The latest introductions include transitional seating groups and accent chairs featuring textured fabrics and leathers in a palette of warm greens, blues, browns, and neutrals. New materials include linen, velvet, boucle, and leather, combined with design elements such as nailhead trim and button tufting.

“For this Market, we added rich new fabrics and leathers to some of our most popular Spectra Home and Tamara Day collections to create the warmer looks that our customers are asking for,” said Jim Telleysh, president of Spectra Home. “Updating the fabric selections to a warmer palette and adding details like nailhead trim and button tufting lends a more stylish, custom upholstery feel. We are stocking these frames with the new custom-look fabrics at our North Carolina warehouse, so they ship within 48 hours for faster delivery and quicker floor placement.”

Products available in the refreshed collections include:

  • Burbank Sectional in Boucle Pebble
  • Tamara Day Benjamin Sofa in Andrew Driftwood
  • Sloane Sofa in Churchill Driftwood
  • Kent Swivel Chair in Disk Linen
  • Jaxson Swivel Chair in Keystone Moss leather

Alongside the new product introductions, Spectra Home is inviting visitors to take part in the Great Accent Chair Challenge during Market. Guests can test the Meyer, Leo, and Walker chairs and vote for their favorite. For every vote submitted, Spectra Home will make a donation to The Common Thread for the Cure Foundation, a nonprofit that provides confidential grants to individuals in the furnishings and design industry affected by breast cancer.

“We are proud to continue supporting the Common Thread for the Cure Foundation because it assists those in our industry battling breast cancer,” Telleysh said. “To help further, we are also donating a portion of the proceeds from the Tamara Day by Spectra Home collection to the Foundation. We hope our support will alleviate some of the burdens that families are facing.”
