The Wilks Group Partners with Customers to Donate Mattress Sets to Children

The Wilks Group that operates Ashley Furniture HomeStores in College Station, Waco and Lufkin, TX markets, reported that in the month of October, with the help of  hundreds of customers, provided over 150 children in local communities with a brand new mattress set. 

According to Mark Wilks, Owner, "a great night’s sleep plays an intrical part to a child’s development at the earliest stages in life. Thousands of children in our local communities go to sleep every night on an inadequate mattress, and some without a mattress at all. 

"With the help of local school districts and non-profits, we were able to help identify the children, and mattress sets have already begun being delivered across all three markets. The Wilks Group has been fortunate enough to be a part of this community for many years. Together, we hope to continue to partner with our customers to make our community a better place to live, work, and raise our families.”
