Levin Furniture to Debut Free Flag Exchange Program

Furniture World News Desk on 6/25/2018

In celebration of the Fourth of July, Levin Furniture reports that families are invited to visit any Levin Furniture location to turn in their faded or torn American flags from Thursday, June 29 through Wednesday, July 4., and receive new 3-foot by 5-foot flags to display proudly and patriotically. The American-built retailer will then retire the used flags and respectfully dispose of them in accordance with the US Flag Code.

“Home is where the heart is, and the American flag represents the heart of every American’s shared home, our great country,” said Chris Pelcher, executive vice president and general manager of Levin Furniture. “We help families beautify their homes daily, and we want their flags to look beautiful waving from the front porches and backyards in every community we serve.”

Worn American flags can be exchanged at all 35 Levin Furniture showrooms in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
