NCFI to Debut First Hybrid Bed With Copper in Every Layer

NCFI announced that it will introduce the sleep products industry’s first mattress that features copper in every component at the upcoming Summer Las Vegas Market. Designed with layers of copper-infused foams, copper micro coils and a cotton cover with copper, NCFI’s The CUre is the first to deliver the antimicrobial element throughout every layer.
NCFI, a vertical manufacturer that formulates and pours its own foam, engineered and developed the various layers of proprietary foam used in the mattress’ build.
“Consumer demand for copper-infused products continues to grow, and we’re convinced that The CUre delivers more copper than others currently in the marketplace,” said Chris Bradley, executive vice president of the company’s Consumer Products Division. “All of our proprietary components have been formulated and tested to confirm more than trace amounts of copper. We aren’t rolling out a product with minimal copper to use it as a marketing claim. Instead, we’re committed to a product that is designed with the correct materials to deliver the full benefits of copper.”
Copper is hypo-allergenic, helps maintain a cool sleep environment and has antimicrobial properties. It also offers a number of proven health benefits, including anti-inflammatory properties that help rid the body of free radicals, increased blood flow and decreased recover time.
A hybrid, The CUre features a layer of Memory Lux® copper-infused memory foam, a layer of copper-infused micro coils, a layer of copper-infused adaptive transition foam and copper-infused Sure Align® supportive base foam. The mattress is dressed in a CottonX™ cover woven of 100 percent natural cotton infused with copper.
The CUre will be showcased in NCFI’s new, freestanding showroom located at C-1578 during the Las Vegas Market, July 28-Aug. 1.
