Furniture & Bedding Gains Continue at Las Vegas Market

Las Vegas Market announced today that 13 new, expanding, relocating and renewing furniture and bedding showrooms are confirmed for Winter 2020 Las Vegas Market, Jan. 26 – Jan. 30, 2020. These early leasing gains will add 96,000+ square feet to Las Vegas Market’s more than four million square feet of furniture resources.

“Furniture and bedding offerings in Las Vegas continue to expand and these early commitments speak to the Market’s overall ability to deliver results,” said Scott Eckman, executive vice president of furniture and home décor for International Market Centers. “Las Vegas Market offers retailers and designers a dynamic shopping experience with new product, proven bestsellers and West Coast exclusives.”

 

This winter, two furniture exhibitors are opening showrooms in Buildings A. AC Pacific Corporation (sofas, recliners, accent chairs, bedding) is debuting in 3,720 square feet on A5; and Tres Irmaos Furniture(bedroom and entertainment) is opening a 2,295-square-foot showroom on A6.

Additionally, existing tenant Luonto Furniture (sofas, sleepers, sectionals, motion furniture) is relocating on B6.

Three leading furniture showrooms have renewed their commitment to Las Vegas Market. These tenants include: Best Home Furnishings (chairs, recliners, sofas, rockers); Klaussner Home Furnishings(upholstery, reclining furniture, bedroom, dining room, occasional tables) and New Pacific Direct (dining, bedroom and accent furnishings).

Bedding Resources Expand at Las Vegas Market

Bedding Resources continue to grow at Las Vegas Market, with seven new, expanding and relocating showrooms confirmed for Winter Market. Las Vegas Market is home to all of the top bedding producers and is the national bedding market, offering furniture retailers and mattress stores a cross-category experience that begins with touch and transcends into technology.

For Winter Market, Ergomotion (adjustable bases) is opening a 21,000-square-foot showroom on B13; and Zhejiang Tri-Mix Technology Co., Ltd. (adjustable beds) is debuting in 2,150 square feet on B9.

Classic Brands (mattresses, adjustable bases, accessories) is expanding by 25 percent into a 8,200-square-foot showroom on B9; Malouf (pillows, sheets, frames, protectors and toppers) is relocating and expanding by 500 percent into 34,171 square foot showrooms on B13; MLily USA (mattresses, bases, pillows, toppers) is expanding by 50 percent into a 10,121-square-foot showroom on B9; and South Bay International (mattress and adjustable base) is relocating and expanding by 60 percent into a 5,680-square-foot showroom on B9. Additionally, PranaSleep (mattresses, bedding) is relocating on C15.
