New Exhibitors, Renewals Deepen Lighting Industry Commitment to Lightovation and Dallas Market Center

The Dallas Market Center recently announced that more than a dozen companies have deepened their commitment via long-term lease renewals in addition to new exhibitors for permanent showrooms and the Spectrum shared showroom for the January 8-12, 2020, Lightovation show. These companies join previously announced agreements that together total more than 200,000 square feet and represent the largest collection of lease agreements since the expansion of the Trade Mart in 2007.

Companies recently extending their partnership with Dallas Market Center include Quoizel (TM 3200), Maxim Lighting (TM 3901), ET2 (TM 3905), Crystorama (TM 3503), Z-Lite (TM 4600), Swarovski Lighting/Schonbek (TM 4926), Kenroy Home (TM 4707), AFX (TM 4713), Luminance Brands (TM 3135), Golden Lighting (TM 4319), Bethel International (TM 3220) and Abra Lighting (TM 4432-01).

Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting leads the latest round of new exhibitors with the company’s atrium location (TM 4705). Formerly known as Fine Art Lamps, the brand retains its reputation for high-quality designs made domestically with hand-applied finishes. Additionally, DALS Lighting has relocated to an expanded atrium showroom (TM 3602) nearly tripling the company’s size at Lightovation. Viz Glass has also taken its first Lightovation showroom (TM 4509), and there are six new brands in Spectrum (TM 4432): Aeratron, Clark Communications Group, DDI System, SPECTRA, Windward Software and XO Logic.

In addition to new leases and renewals, recently announced expansions include Sonneman—A Way of Light, making a major expansion in TM 4804; Eurofase, already expanded in TM 4002; Kuzco, already expanded in TM 4010; Fanimation, already expanded in TM 4943; Varaluz, already expanded in TM 4507; Ulextra, expanding in TM 4517; Acclaim Lighting, already expanded in TM 4432-06; and Lantern & Scroll, already expanded in TM 4432-14.
