Hi, I just bought some Broadmoore furniture for the bedroom from Costco and want to change the drawer pulls to a brushed satin silver/nickel. They measure from hole to hole 4-5/8 and I can't find anywhere online that has that size pull! Any advice?

I purchased a bedroom set back in 2007 and the the furniture was made by Schnadig furniture which was sold in 2008 to another furniture maker that still uses the Schnadig name, but does not manufacture the bedroom set that I have . I broke a drawer pull that has two number on the back of the handle one is 1752 or 1762 and the other is x5 2003. It appears to be cast white metal with a antique brass finish. The bedroom set is called "plazzo" and the furniture piece number is 979498. the handle hangs off two screws that have holes in them for the handle "lugs", and one of the "lugs the fit into the screw broke. It has two "S" shaped designs and the left one is reversed meeting in the middle on a half of a flower pedal. Any help or advice will be appericated.

In 2008 I purchased a Hooker bedroom set from Costco Home Store(out of business now)and several of the pulls from the dresser have broken. When I contacted the company all they said was "we don't carry that hardware any more". I am hoping to just replace the pieces that have broken and not have to purchase all new hardware (19 pieces)! I have a 1973 vintage set of bedroom furniture which is a mediterranian design. The drawer pull on the large dresser need to be replaced. There are three (3) drawers the top and bottom part on the top and bottom drawers are the same with centers of approx 1 1/2 inch. The middle drawer has a center portion that has a 3 inch center to center screw holes.
Any ideas on a replacement set for these three pieces. The design is webbed in nature. I have two end tables also which have two sections. Any ideas?

Broadmoore is a line produced by Universal Furniture and distributed through Samson International. The line is produced exclusively for Costco. Unfortunatle, you will not get any assistance from Samson, Costco or Universal finding additional or discontinued items.
If you are looking for hardware, my suggestion would be to check with Beeson's Hardware in High Point, NC. They have an extensive selection of hardware. I have purchased from them on several occasions and have always been completely satisfied.
I like many of you have purchased items from the Broadmoore line just to find out later that is was virtually impossible to get additional pieces or replacement parts once the line is no longer in the store.

I am looking for Drawer Guide parts for my Oak Furniture from Universal Furniture. Do you sell or have replacemnet parts? Or maybe a phone / web address so I can find parts for this bedroom dresser drawers? I am looking for the 'plastic part' that is attached in the back/bottomside of the drawer ... so the drawer can slide inside the dresser. The shape of a V. The generic drawer slides from the hardware stores do not work with Universal Furniture products.

I just bought the Samson Broadmoore queen size sleigh bed and am looking for the matching night stands. I went to another Costco where I wastold they had two in stock (pc inventory stated that from the first store I went to) and when I got there, they had been sold 10 minutes before I got there. I live in Toronto, ON and I am being told that the only Costoco that carrys them now are in Quebec. Any ideas as to how I could purchase these night stands? Just over a year ago we purchased a 7 piece bedroom set made by Blackhawk Furniture Co. The Covington, light oak line. We have a broken drawer pull to replace. We've heard the company is now out of business and need to find out where we might locate the handle we need. Otherways, something similar and replace all the pulls on the armoire. Costco stores are carrying the China Hutch that matches the dining room set. You should be able to have the service desk at your local Costco store look it up in their computer system to find nearby inventory. I haven't seen a Buffet piece locally, but would be interested in any information (do they exist?)

We would like to know if anyone has bought Costco's Gilcrest Broadmoore Dinning set? We are considering the dinning set, but can't seem to find the Hutch and Buffett. Any suggestions on where to get a complete set?

I recently purchased the Broadmoore Westin Bookcase from Costco. Included in the packaging was the instruction manual that states: "Do not return item to store. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-357-0701 for assistance or replacement parts" Hope this helps,

Shelly, Your only chance is to contact Costco. Even if you knew the manufacturer... in general, the retailer is responsible for making sure that your furniture complies with the warranty. - Russell

I bought a Samson International Country Lane nightstand from Costco and need a replacement handle. It apparently had defect and the peg to the drawer pull broke off.....it makes it difficult to find a replacement for a flaw if the manufacturer is anonomyous - any suggestions? These seem to be private label lines sold under the Broadmore and Samson names by Costco. Neither the retailer nor the manufacturer want you to find out the manufacturer's name. I don't have this information. - Russell.

Hi Russell, Thanks a lot. I also have one other question regarding Broadmoore. I read all the other posts about Samson International and Broadmoore on this site. How can we find out the primary manufacturer behind the brand? I don't necessarily need it...I just feel sure that they used to advertise it right on the box and am not sure if I am remembering correctly. Michelle
