Illinois based The RoomPlace, with 22 stores in Illinois and Indiana, announced the opening of its new Avon store. The store will be the third location in Indianapolis and is located at 10695 E. US Hwy 36.
"Based on the success of our existing Indianapolis locations, a third location in Avon was an easy next step," says CEO Bruce Berman.
The store has an open, modern design with an easy traffic pattern, warm colors, brighter lighting, and an updated youth area including entertainment for kids. The store also includes The MattressPlace bedding test area which allows for an easier shopping experience for the mattress customer.
Doors opened Monday, August 17th at 10 a.m. A ribbon cutting will take place on August 20th at 12:00pm E.S.T. Grand Opening week continues with events on Saturday, August 22nd. These include a roomful of furniture giveaway, scratch and win cards and a live radio remote with WYXB from 12-2pm. Special grand opening savings can be found on room groups throughout the store.
