STORIS Management Systems, a leading supplier of Software Solutions & Services for Big Ticket retailers, announced that they have joined forces with multiple retailers nationwide. The Sofa Company, Mountain Timber Furnishings, and Country Willow, will all utilize the Vision R8 Software to streamline their operations. “STORIS is excited to have these progressive retailers join our rapidly expanding Vision R8 client base, as Vision R8 applications bring business rules for more profitable operations to retailers of all sizes,” stated Lou DeMatteo, Vice President of Sales for STORIS.
-Headquartered in Culver City, CA, The Sofa Company is a one store operation who opened its doors in 1998. To help run their 15,000 sq. ft. showroom they purchased the Product Configurator, EIS, FGII, Messenger, Label Matrix, and InTouch. The InTouch application allows retailers to distribute data and documentation at ease, archive reporting, maintain an event calendar, and effectively manage prospective and existing customers.
-With 4 store locations in the Park City, UT area, Mountain Timber Furnishings has been decorating homes for nearly half a decade, specializing in the rustic mountain look. Mountain Timber Furnishings also purchased Customer Service, STORIS Messenger and EIS Reporting (Executive Information System). EIS allows users to create sales and merchandising reports in Excel-like formats, with customized column definitions, and includes graphical capabilities.
-Country Willow, a 2 store operation located in Katonah, NY, specializes in country home furnishings. In addition to the base system, Country Willow purchased Label Matrix, which gives users the ability to create custom hang tags and/or accessory labels right from their own PC’s.
