“Hello, and thank you for calling...who?” For the next two years, you can call us Elite Products or American Furniture Alliance. We encourage you to begin using our new name...because two years from July 2005, we will only go by American Furniture Alliance! What’s our motto(s)? American Furniture Alliance is a company of quality and affordable furniture brands! Style, Selection & Affordability...It’s time to discover more! American Furniture Alliance will offer all the products currently available through Elite Products. However, you can expect to see more streamlined product catalogs or brochures that include products developed within a furniture brand. All you have to do is focus on products that you want to sell. Look for new distribution centers throughout the United States, developed under American Furniture Alliance. These new centers will help lower freight costs and move our furniture brands easier throughout the nation. Look to American Furniture Alliance to expand product distribution and offer furniture products to new territories. Wanna Rep? We value our sales representatives and we want to make “repping” our furniture products easier. American Furniture Alliance now allows our reps to choose what furniture brands they want to primarily promote. Marketing materials will be developed for each furniture brand, allowing the rep to visually be prepared. New distribution centers will help our reps seal the deal...with better costing and faster fulfillment. You can rep one brand, or rep them all! In all printed and visual materials, you can expect to see both logos or reference to both names. At tradeshows, the company will be listed as Elite Products/ American Furniture Alliance. Expect to see continuous growth and expansion of our three, primary furniture brands: Elite Convertibles, Bean Bag Factory and ModFX Foam Furnishings. Expect to see new product brands, within these three primary brands. You can also expect to see new, branded furniture lines produced by American Furniture Alliance. The reason for our name change is simple: Over the last 19 years, Elite Products has grown into a leader within the vast furniture industry. Facts About American The Furniture Alliance Logo: Our new company logo features three bands that join together to form an “A”. The symbolic number here is three; Three words, “American Furniture Alliance,” and three bands, that represent the first three branded furniture lines produced by Elite Products: Elite Convertibles, Bean Bag Factory and ModFX Foam Furnishings. The “Elite Convertibles” brand logo was designed to simulate the modern “Elite Products” logo, so that our largest furniture brand would maintain the “Elite” recognition by our customers. Each of our branded furniture line logos feature a band within the logo. The alliance of these brands is now reflected in the new “American Furniture Alliance” logo. In 2003, we named our first company website, “www.americanfurniturealliance.com” to initiate visual awareness of this new name. In 2005, at our World Market Center showroom, storefront signage displayed “American Furniture Alliance” and the new logo, with Elite Products visibly secondary.
