The article can be found at www.sptimes.com ____________ THE GAZETTE (www.galaxgazette.com/news) reported that Vaughan Furniture will close its EC Dodson manufacturing plant resulting in 200 lost jobs. The article stated that company president Bill Vaughn cited rising costs and competitive Chinese iimports as reasons for the plant shut down. It was further noted that this closing comes just before Webb Furniture is scheduled to close its local plant and lay off more than 300 workers. ____________
