Wilmington, NC-based Great Priced Furniture announced the purchase of a three acre property adjoining their corporate headquarters on Raleigh Street near the Wilmington State Port Authority. Part of an on-going expansion program, the facility includes a 19,500 sq. ft. building which will be converted into a warehousing facility.
