The Santa Cruz Sentinel reported that, "Starting Dec. 26, he (Chuck Berg) plans a liquidation sale at Senate Furniture Gallery, 2000 Soquel Ave., which features La-Z-Boy along with other brands. He's already sold the 19,000-square-foot building to investor Dennis DeMontigny. "Then he plans to expand Senate Furniture and Mattress, his 9,200-square-foot store at 3651 Soquel Drive in Soquel."
