Delegation of Portuguese Furniture Makers to Visit High Point

A delegation of several Portuguese furniture manufacturers, under the umbrella of the Portuguese National Furniture Association (AIMMP), announced that they will be visiting High Point during the next April’s Market. These Portuguese manufacturers are looking to become more familiar with the US market, identify mutual opportunities, and establish comercial relationships. They will be visiting and meeting with prospective US partners. Although not completely familiar to the US market, the Portuguese furniture industry built a tradition of excellence that stretches back 500 years and reflects the cross-fertilization of cultures and trade that led to genuine styles. Today, Portuguese furniture is know for its fresh daring attitudes, heavy investment in the most advanced technology and special attention to design and concepts.
