Living RichLy International Relocates Headquarters from NYC to Ho Chi Minh City

Richard Becker, President of Living RichLy International (LRI) has announced the relocation of their New York City Headquarters to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam as of July 2008 to better serve their expansive U.S. customer base. LRI is a manufacturing and sourcing company for indoor and outdoor home furnishings and décor. Established in 2001, LRI started out as an outdoor furniture and cushion manufacturer and has since grown to include indoor furniture and accessories as part of their product offerings. Becker states, “When LRI was formed, there were a few customers who traveled to Vietnam 1-2 times per year to source products. As LRI’s product offerings expanded and Vietnam’s popularity grew, increasing numbers of customers started traveling to Vietnam up to 4 times per year. I realized at this point I would need to be in Vietnam full time to oversee the complete process from design and sourcing to manufacturing and shipping. This is the only way to truly run my business and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.” Becker expects the move from New York to Vietnam will increase his already rapidly expanding company. “LRI was one of the first US manufacturing and sourcing companies to set up shop in Vietnam, so we have the experience and contacts essential to meet the customer’s needs.” LRI’s customer base includes U.S. manufacturers, distributors and retailers, ranging from specialty to the mass market. LRI will maintain their NYC offices and continue to operate in the same capacity as it has, with back office operations and customer meetings continuing. The Vietnam office employs 10 people.
