Norwalk Furniture To Resume Operations Under New Ownership

The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that, "After months of uncertainty about the future of Norwalk Furniture Corp., the company's restructuring officer said today the northern Ohio plant will resume furniture-making this week under new owners. "Jim McTevia, a consulting business turnaround specialist, said five Norwalk-area investors have "firmly agreed" to buy the company and hire 300 to 350 employees to start filling outstanding furniture orders.
