OFS Brands acquires Loewenstein Furniture

OFS Brands, a leading North American furniture manufacturer, announced that it has successfully completed its due diligence and has acquired the majority of furniture manufacturer Loewenstein’s assets. Final terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. President and CEO Hank Menke stated, “I would like to personally thank the Loewenstein management team. They have been very cooperative through this transition, enabling us to co-manage the business during the change of ownership.
