Linon Home Décor Products, Inc., announced the expansion of their business to include a full line of quality and affordable area rugs under the direction of Steve Mazarakis, formerly CEO of Hellenic Rug Imports. Linon Home Décor is a major supplier of Ready to Assemble furniture and Wall Décor to the retail trade. Linon’s customers include specialty stores, internet retailers and major chains. Linon’s main offices are located in Mineola New York and satellite offices in Dongguan, China with warehousing in Newark, New Jersey and showrooms in High Point, Las Vegas and South China. Linon will feature its full line of stocking rug programs along with its new License Collection - Southern Living Home. Linon’s stocking programs include its Flokati Rug Collection, traditional, transitional and contemporary hand-tufted wool rugs, the Shag Leather Collection and the full service Wool Sisal program. Linon Area Rugs will offer both container as well as warehouse direct ship programs. These will include the above categories plus many new products such as poly acrylic tufted rugs in over 150 designs, indoor outdoor programs, a large assortment of quality opening price machine made rugs and endless options of Flokati colors and qualities. Southern Living Home: Linon Area Rugs will be unveiling its new collection Southern Living Home, by Southern Living magazine. Southern Living is the premier lifestyle and entertaining magazine of the South and the seventh largest monthly consumer magazine in the U.S. (based on readership), reaching more than 16 million readers each month with a circulation of about 2.8 million. This collection will feature traditional as well as transitional designs encompassing the relaxed and casual feel of the South. The collection will also include a new group of indoor/outdoor rugs. "Southern Living Home Collection is a perfect fit for retailers incorporating both traditional and transitional looks," said Mr. Mazerakis. "Many of the rugs in our collection will be featured in the 2009 Southern Living Idea Houses north of Atlanta and on the coast of Texas. The houses open for tours to the public in June, appear in the August issue of Southern Living magazine, and will be featured on the Southern Living website in several different ways.
