Tepperman’s Promotes Masoud Negad To Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain.

Tepperman’s recently announced that Masoud Negad has been promoted to Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain. In this role, Mr. Negad will join Tepperman’s executive leadership team and will have responsibility for supply chain, logistics, warehousing and home delivery for the Windsor-based furniture, mattress, appliance & electronics retail chain.
Mr. Negad, formerly Appliances & Electronics Buyer and Director of Supply Chain, started with Tepperman’s in 1987 as a sales person in the Chatham, Ontario retail location. Within a few years Mr. Negad was promoted to manager of the Chatham location before being promoted again, this time to manager of Tepperman’s location in Sarnia, Ontario. In 1995, Mr. Negad advanced to the role of Electronics and Appliance Buyer, taking on the additional responsibilities of Director of Supply Chain in 2011. Over the years, Mr. Negad has proven himself in every challenge he’s taken on including earning an MBA in 2005. Masoud brings a number of strengths to the senior leadership team including analytics, problem solving, leadership, a strong regard for the Mission, Vision and Values, and a passion for the business.
